Ian is THE MOST PROFESSIONAL guy in his field (in my opinion). He explained EVERYTHING in great detail and also showed me exactly what to do if the pressure dropped again (not a lot of people do that). He is very tidy, polite, courteous and honest. Having met Ian now, I will DEFINITELY recommend to anyone and everyone I know. He has quoted us for some further work and will also service our boiler on a yearly basis WHICH I AM PLEASED I HAVE FOUND SOMEONE I CAN TRUST!
