Ignition lockout—often caused by a frozen condensate pipe, lack of gas, or faulty ignition electrode.
Low water pressure—top up the system via the filling loop to 1.2-1.5 bar.
No water flow—can indicate pump failure, blocked system, or closed valves.
Flame loss during operation—gas supply issue or faulty flue sensor.
Fan fault—the boiler fan may need replacing.
Flow temperature overheat—usually poor circulation or a faulty pump.

Low water pressure—repressurise the system to 1.2-1.5 bar.
Flame not detected—check gas supply, ignition leads, and flame sensor.
Flow thermistor fault—the flow temperature sensor may need replacing.
Fan or air pressure switch fault—requires professional diagnosis.
Low water pressure—same as F1, repressurise the system.
Ignition failed—gas supply issue, faulty ignition, or gas valve.

Low system pressure—repressurise to 1.2-1.5 bar using the filling loop.
