My name is Ian, and I've been keeping Hull and East Yorkshire homes safe and warm since 1995. With over 40 years' industry experience, I believe in the traditional values that seem to have disappeared: courtesy, professionalism, quality, care, and respect. I also believe the price you're quoted is the price you pay.

My journey in the heating industry started long before I founded Kingston Gas Services. I spent 4 years working directly as a Service Engineer for Ideal Boilers at their headquarters. That manufacturer-level training gave me diagnostic skills and insider knowledge that simply can't be learned any other way. When your Ideal boiler has a fault, I know exactly what's wrong—and how to fix it properly.

After my time with Ideal, I expanded my expertise by becoming an accredited installer and repair agent for the UK's leading boiler manufacturers. Today, Kingston Gas Services holds accreditations with Glow-worm (Approved Installer), ATAG (Selected Partner), Vaillant (Advance Plus Installer), and Ideal (Max Accredited).

I work on all makes and models of gas boilers—large or small—with a good, all-round knowledge built over decades. My core services are in the heating sector: installing and maintaining heating systems, boiler breakdowns and replacements, gas safety inspections, power flushing, and unvented hot water cylinder installations.
